If I'm using eastern flavors in the accompanying meal, I also add a <I> very </I> sparing dab of sesame oil.<BR/><BR/>I detest "EVOO," so I heartily commend your crusade against it.<BR/><BR/>And roasting potatoes in a vinaigrette with herbs de Provence is fantastic.
